Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I did endoscopy and i found swelling in my throat, for that pain purpose i m having these medicines respectively. - happy d/ equirex/ coldmnc/ canagel syrup... i had 9+ TSH before three month, but now on this day i have got my report nad now my TSH level is 4.0.... now doc. said that i should have thyronom 50mg. wot sud i do.?

My mother's speech volume has reduced almost half of her capacity in past few weeks. Earlier it used to happen once in a while. She doesn't feel pain in her throat. She eat her meal as usual. She is bedridden for very long. There is no as such change in her staple medicines.

There Is frequent itchiness I feel inside my right ear, though it's not too much still uncomfortable, with slight rub it goes away but comes back. This has been there from almost 3 months now,since problem is not too big hence never thought to see an ENT, please suggest how to get rid of this.

Constant uneasiness in the throat. I feel like my throat muscles are always constricted. It's so uneasy and troubling that I get rashes on my esophagus. Constant need to swallow. Water helps a bit, but not too much. I'm a vocalist, so I feel really insecure if I'm unconsciously hurting my vocal chords. It doesn't allow me to sing for longer durations.

Hi, I am struggling with dry cough and throat pain more in night.. I have taken corenza and other over the counter medicines given by the pharmacist including cough syrup. Still it's very painful and erratic for me. It's 1 am here and can't even go to Dr.easily. Please advise.
