Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am facing this proplem since last one an half year. I have consulted with doctors but not geting proper solution. It feels like somthing is stuck in my throat, feeling is just like taping a finger on my throat from out side. There is mild pain in ears. This feeling is fluctuated in times. Sometimes feels better,sometimes feeling is more prominant

I have a bad pain when i apply pressure to my Anti-helix and i asked someone to look at it and they said it was pinkish and i am worried about it. when it hurts i get a headache.

I think the submandibular gland on the right side is tender to touch. Also it causes discomfort when my wisdom teeth grows. There is no problem with eating or anything. It's just tender to touch. Should I get it checked?
