Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been having continuos ringing in ear and head for the last 7 days . It is in my left ear . It feels like some forest noise inside and iam unable to concentrate

I'm seeing green wax in both the ears of my 3 year old kud. Since there are no doctors available today(Sunday) I'm asking this question here. I'm planning for a check up tomorrow itself. Can someone help answer?

Ear pain due to cold.. after diagnosis Dr said it's infection in both the ears due to cold and to use medicines for 10 days.
