Ear problem not speaking &listening

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My son aged 3 years when he was at 3 Mont child I consolation a doctor at gadag they told me to consult after a year but I am unable to it and now some doctors telling me to oppetion to him so I am worried about it please. Guide me about remedy & it'd cost
