Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ear walls has become hard and red in colour. What wax is coming out which sticks inside my ear. Today I realised that I am not able to hear from 1 side

I have pain in left side of throat for 1 month, pain feels severe when pressed. Pain also feel when swallowing saliva or drinking liquid. Visited the doctor and he prescribed amoxicilin for 5 days but pain returned after the course of medicine. I also feel pain to the lower teethline due to this. Don't know what to do, please advice.

I want to resign and slim my nose. Previously I had sinus and treated now I am health . But due to sinus my nose size bigger then usual . So I want to slim down my nose size . Please suggest accordingly.
