Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My right nostril passage takes very less air and I feel owing to the shape it is blocking air flow. I feel my right half of body is a little heavy and blocked. Do I need to go for a procedure to overcome this obstruction in the nostril. Please suggest.

My father has some hearing problem and experiences some additional sounds and disturbances in ear. What may be the reason?
