My son is 2 year old. he have little cold and fever. we are giving ibugesic plus syrup for him. now every 8 to 9 hours fever come back. we took blood test its fine for him

Sir i have left submandibular lymphnodes. After getting diagnosed it came out as kimura disease. It is a rare disease. Only steroidal treatment are there and that is also temporary , lymphnodes reoccur after stopping steroids. And surgeries are mostly not successful on it. It looks bad on face. So what should i do now.
