I had my ncct scan of pns area done. And reports stated that I had mucosal thickening in sphenoid sinus, along walls of bilateral maxillary sinuses, in the posterior air cells of bilateral ethmoidal sinuses and bilateral ostio-meatal units are compromised by mucosal thickening at the hiatus semi-lunaris.
