Hi my tsh level is 44.i m taking 100mg medication. How to improve my tsh level?my energy level is always down and I have very bad mood swings.

I think u need to increase the dose also u should do free t4 and t3 levels.
Consult an endocrinologist for further treatment and a legit prescription.
