Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Basically what i am facing is that after 15 to 20 min i feel irritation in listening... Then have to remove my ear phones and can't able to continue... What i was saying in my previous query is that how i can remove smudge so that i can work. And sometimes my ear get pain when i put my earphones for some long time... Please get me rid out of it.

My nose is block when i sleep and in the morning i have cough cold sometimes and sneezing sneezing allergies

Sir due to an injury on the nose in childhood went up nasal bone. Breathing is difficult. Sometimes one has to breathe through the mouth. Fragrance on breathing and shows no difference in odor. Repeatedly gets cold. Nasal bone increased or nasal has polyps that not even know. Recommend a solution to this problem.

I'm 4month pregrent from past 2 days fever and sever cold nd throat pain so my doctor gave texim o 200mg nd citrizine nd crocion 500mg so is it safe to take these tablets plz suggest
