Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello doctor, I had some wax development in my left year and after using some anti-wax drops I removed it with some buds I have at home. It was quite big and covered my whole ear. Now even after taking it out yesterday i can not hear much in that ear .. I have mild pain some times

Throat and nose congestion and frequent blockage of left ear for more than last 2 years. Done sinus x-ray, Tympanometry and citi scan of base of the skull but nothing has been found. Please help

I have bitter when I eat food even when I swallow saliva n I feel pain in throat when the eat something or saliva enter n become sometimes fever n also headache

I HAVE BEEN HAVING POSTNASAL DRIP FROM PAST 2 YEARS AND NOW FROMTHE PAST MONTH HAVING EAR FULLNESS AND PRESSURE IN MY HEAD

My mother has been facing her head spinning as soon as she lies down. This has been happening now for more than 6 months. Throughout the day she is fine as soon as she closes her eyes and lie down she starts feeling dizzy.

My mother has inflammation problem in her neck. There is this constant mild pain. Also, blood comes out during coughing. We got it checked from a doctor who said its just small rashes in the neck. We have been consulting him for a while but no relief. Kindly suggest if there is any serious problem. If yes then what should be the further course of action? Thanks in advance

As soon as I wake each morning does not matter what time, I sneeze blow my nose for about an hour, sometimes a whole day feel misserable like I have a heavy cold but next day its gone, then its starts again on off. With continous itching in throat and eyes

I am continuously having cough. Whenever i am coughing the area around nose and left part of my head is paining and it also resulted in swelling in my neck. pls suggest what should be done.

I keep on snoring a lot in high pitch every time I sleep, even in car as well. Please suggest how can I overcome such an embarrassing situation.
