Mild coughing since past 1 month
I have been suffering from mild coughing since past 1 month and since past 10 days mild fever 99 in the evening .fever only measured in the evening while coming back from office..have not taken any allopathic medicine except ayurvedic like giloy or tulsi ,neem..
No other symptom except these.
What could be the reason..

Cough has many reasons. With out proper history and examination it's not possible to find solutions. See a good general physician first
