Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

There is a pain in my right ear from last 2 days. Please suggest. I have tried to put oil however nothing happened.

I have numbness n irritation in the ear due to cold which has been lasting from last 25 days or some water went in the car but from.last 4 days bahut jada irritation hai ears ma

I have the sores in my upper behind the teeth, they are red border with white filling and they pain a little. Please guide on what steps to be taken. Attached is the photo of the same.

Hi! I have an allergy towards dust and cannot stop sneezing, it will be more in early morning and more fluid secretion (running nose). I have consulted the specialist in my native 2 years back and after the test they advised me to use ''Rhinocort aqueous nasal spray" on a daily basis. But, now in medicals they are telling they don't have a supply of the above mentioned spray. Please advise me how best I can proceed further or if you can suggest me an alternative spray. In a fight, got punched twice on nose. Bleeding stopped after sometime, followed by pain and swelling. Next day visited doctor who suggested x-ray. On seeing x-ray she concluded no fracture and gave antibiotic and painkiller. 4-5 days over, pain is still there with cracking noise and some swelling also present.

I am suffering from sore throat since 4 months now pain in left cheek also started and feels that some thing is struck in the throat. since 2 weeks i have pain in ear muscles also please advise me
