3 month cold

For the past three or so months, I've had a persistent cold. Sneezing every day, headaches, sore throat, and a runny nose. i thought I was allergic to my dog (He's a golden retriever who sheds a lot), but my cold doesn't seem to go away when I'm out of the house.
