Low grade fever without any other sympto
My son 12 yrs has been having fever between 99-100 for the past 45 days. No other symptoms. All blood reports including culture, crp ,. E s r normal. Ultrasound of neck, abdomen clear.
Ncct sinus shows : mild mucosal thickening in inferior turbinate on both sides.
Soft tissue attenuation in nasopharynx causing narrowing of air way luminal narrowing suggestive of enlarged adenoid.

Tubercular infection should be ruled out..as it is associated with prolong fever..may have done thyroid profile..to rule out hyperthyroidism..as it increases the basal body temperature..
