Low grade fever not going away
Hello, 2 days ago I got sore throat with sinus and had fever. I went to doctor and doctor informed it's upper respiratory infection and prescribed antibiotics and paracetamol. However even after taking paracetamol my fever is always between 99.2-100.2. It's varying between this entire day. I am little worried. Today I coughed up some phlegm and it was thick yellow color. Is this expected? Or should I get blood work done since fever is not reducing?.

Take a full course of antibiotics, if it doesn't improve by the 4-5th day or deteriorate then keep for further investigation
