I m suffering from left ear pain,its not hearing much compare to right one,when im cleaning my ear with ear buds it cmng out like some water that water would littlè thick compare to normal water.plz get me a solution

As per your description you might have developed ear infection..it could be fungal or bacterial.. need to differentiate by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
