  4. Iump in neck. Is it something serious?

I feel a lump inside skin on the right side of my neck. It hs started paining little but not all the time, around evening only. If i stretch my neck, it pains. Am very worried. Please advise me, is it something serious? I dnt smoke, chew betelnut or tobacco nor drink
