Lump in neck
My 2.5 year old son has a small lump on the right side of his neck. It's under the skin, not outward. It is not visible normally, but can be seen only when his face is turned the other side and he is stretching his muscles. It is about the size of pea and he hasn't complained of Pain or itchy ness. Pls suggest

If the lump is something since the birth it can be a birth condition called as branchial cyst. If not as suggested it can be a lump node.
Next Steps
online consultantion as sir said with a local ultrasound if required.
