Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I acquired cough and cold last Thursday. As I was travelling back home last Friday, I experienced some kind of ear blockage sensation during plane landing. I tried releasing pressure by yawning but it wont come off. Until today, I still can feel that there is something in my ear and can hear some popping sound when I swallow or blow my nose. It seems that there are some mucus that went up to my ear due to the pressure on the plane.

I am having Big Ears and I want to hide them. What can I do for this. Can I do surgeries for ears to make it normal. If so what will it costs and will it be safe and my ears will become normal. Kindly suggest me...
