Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having Sneezes problem from past 20 Yrs and will be getting frequently and lasts long during winter season and gets dry in Summer Season. Kindly suggest the best remedy for it

Water coming from ear some times ear was blocked iam unable to hear. It’s so much trouble me.

I can Hardly hear out my ear and there is a constant throbbing and when I try to pop my ear there is a sharp servere pain

Dear Sir/ Madam, Blood come from our nose after hot and cold. This is from last one year. Nose alwasy sweering.

Little lobe fond before 4 day only Left side before that everything is normal no any mass. Which was appear before 4 day only. No breathing problem but when we are touching it was pain. Right side appear normal

Every night (only at night) I keep hearing something like a cricket in my right ear. I tried looking for the source of the noise but there doesn't seem to be anything. What could it be? I'm 100% sure the sound doesn't come from my room since even when I sleep somewhere else I can still hear it.

I started out with sinus infection. Then my throats starting hurting. I went to dr and they said strep. I started augmentin yesterday (I have had three doses) and about to take 4th pill. The pain in my throat is worse and my tonsils are huge with yellow pus covering them. I have been on May antibiotics the last year due to chronic sinusitis. Do you think it is too early to know if antibiotics are working or not?

I m feeling heavyness and pain in my right ear from last two days. I think while having bath around 10 days back, some water went into my right ear. Apart from this problem, one problem I I have from last 2-3 years I feel some irritation in my ears while having water sometime not always. I feel like cleaning my ears always with earbuds. Please guide what is the issue with my ears
