Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doc, I had throat pain a few days back, now it's fine but I have some cough and also I could see small flap like skin below tongue deep in the throat, and realized it's Epiglottis, could you please help me if it's normal to see epiglottis. I don't have any other problem.

I was wondering what surgeries are available and since i'm 16 would i be able to get a rhinoplasty and also a lip augmentation then have fat transfer from my hip to top lip to make it seem normal

Getting blocked/running nose too often. specially in morning hours or in the middle of the night. dont have constant cold however, nose gets block too much.

(Acute DNS towards left and Granular pharyngitis) I have frequently down with sore throat and have been seeing ENT for the treatement for the last several years but no permanent solution. Every few weeks/ months the episode reoccurs. Last treatment prescribed was Mcin 400 OD, Dolonex DT OD, (for 5 days), Xyzal for 2 weeks, Monteck 10 x 3weeks, Rabonik DSR OD x 4 weeks. Is there any ermanent solution

I have runny nose and itchy watery eyes for about a week and occasionally coughing..it feels like allergy,which med should I take and what should be the dosage

I had my both ears blocked from past 8 days now. I showed it to a doctor 7 days ago. He gave me two eardrops to use - soliwax and olex eardrops. I have used it both in my ears thrice a day, two drops each but both my ears are still blocked. I can barely hear anything.

I have dizziness.Sometimes I can't even walk.Before 4 days I have severe ear pain too and it is for my keft ear.Sometimes I have ringing in my left ear.It is very clogged.I will have dizziness for continues 30 minutes.
