Dear, i am 24 years old. 4 days back i suffered from normal fever. After a day the fever was cured by medicine. But that day to till nose bleeding is happening with blood clots. Want to know reason behind this

I have been experiencing pain at the back of my head (portion at the back of the skull) periodically at times for about two months. Hi how much time does it take to get recover from acute bronchitis? My father had it and was on medications for 15 days. He is having relief now n also the temp gets subsided. But still as the season changes , he gets a sneeze or two or itching in nose n throatm what could be d reason behind this. Is there any allergic problem he is having?
