Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Doctor. I am suffering from allergies occurs from change in seasons and it also increases due to dust and smell. When my atmosphere changes i.e. I went to village for some days I start getting chinke and then it start repeating and then my nose start blowing and then if came in contact of fan and it increases drastically and then it's unbearable for me. Kindly suggest what to do.

I m suffering from pain in my neck since yesterday. The is similar to swollen tonsils, but this is only on the right side. I had a cold few days back. Took one CALPOL 650mg. I have not yet taken any medication for the pain. I m having difficulty swallowing anything. I tried gargle few times but no effect. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.
