My throat hearts and I vomit

My throat has been sore for 2 days now and I vomit easily, then black liquid comes out like water but the colour is black/grey

Blackish saliva may be altered blood which comes in contact with stomach acid and comes back while vomiting. Better to consult an ENT doctor for further management. Eat less spicy food, eat on time and drink 3litres water daily.
