Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Loud snoring, whenever I am sleep . no body can stay besides me. open mouth breathing, sound from throat also.

I have severe cough. I could not sleep due to cough. I get continuous cough when I sleep.

I am having dry throat and ear ache from last 5-6 months and it gets increase when I speak for long time. I took some azithromycin dose for week and than took some PPI's for month even I am not having any acidity symptoms. After that I got mild stomach infection and changed bowel habits for last 4 months. And now my vision is getting blurred, dizziness, decreased mind alertness, having dry eyes. I did all blood tests and everything is fine except high lymphocytes and high CRP of 10.5. I did sputum test and found out Klebsiella species. What to do next?

I have puss coming from my ear since childhood. At the age 11 done with surgery which of no use still persists how to stop completely
