I have a small ball like structure near my throat . It started just 4 days back ..pain was more then ..i had neck pain also ...but when I touch this ball it used to pain ...now it has reduced ...both size and pain .what is it ...I can't find any protrusion outside ...when I touch I can feel

I am having sore throat since two days along with fever...I am doing gargle with hot salty water but it is not getting any better...moreover I took paracetamol which reduced the fever...but the sore throat is still there...I have a flight day after tomorrow...plz suggest some medicines so that I can travel.

Can't speak clearly for the past 1 year. Voice is not coming out. Have to force myself to sound clear. Consulted many doctors and taken antibiotics as prescribed and done voice exercises too. No effect on the throat. At times the problem suddenly disappears and then after few hours it again appears. I can sing but cannot speak clearly. When I drink water and then try to speak the voice clarity worsens.
