Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Need help to understand what is the problem, whom to meet and how to treat it. Whenever I chew anything, my right side of the ear area (Jaw) feels heavy and pains. I feel this pain, no matter from which side i eat. Don't hear any clicking sound yet. This started happening after taking a bite of meat a month ago. My X-ray report states : " The osseous components of TMJ are well preserved" . "Anterior deep bite is seen". Already met Neurologist, Neuro Physiotherapist, where both claims this problem can be solved by following their treatment as it could be a nerve issue but nothing worked out yet. ENT doctor gave pain killer but that didn't help. 22 year experienced dental doctor felt it is a TMJ issue and it can be treated by following his treatment. Don't know who is right or wrong. I just need an expert advice to solve this problem.

I am snoring very badly in recent days. Please advise if anything I have to do to stop as it's disturbing my kids sleep.

Ear is itching since 3 dyas and whenever i have hiccups or burp i can feel that something is bothering my right ear and hearing is less too as compared to left ear. Few days back around 4 days i went to swim in the ocean i suppose some water did enter my ear. What should i do?

Suffering from severe tonsil infection very frequently, vomiting if he ate accidentally any food which is not hygienic or cool weather. Ear infection, nose blocking, shooting.

My ear started paining from abt 4 months back, During that time I had bleeding and pus formation with a very foul smell from my ears. I had used eardrops and the pain successfully subsided.But not the problem of bleeding and pus. These problems have only affected my left ear & not the right one. I don't know what to do next. Had once consulted a doctor and he was the one who introduced me with this ear drops, and after that I did not have a second consultation thinking that the problem was solved, so its my own fault.But the problem aggregated afterwards and the situation went out of hand. Hope u can help me out doctor.

The peoblem is i am very much uncomfortable with loud sound of bikes cars and other vehicles. and after sometime headache also starts.feels anxiety and uncomfortable.plz help
