Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My ears itch and I feel there is dirt in it. I want to clean my earwax at home but I am afraid that I might put more drops than required. I don’t want to hurt my ears at all. Please guide me as to how to clean your ears with hydrogen peroxide?

Whenever I do any physical work or sports or running I feel some sweat or water in one of my ears and whatever I speak surrounds in my head .I.e my voice  surrounds in my head which keeps increasing and decreiasing. This only happens during physical work. Otherwise they are totally fine.

I had some food, and during swallow it, I scratched my throat. Now I am getting cough, nd feeling itchy. In swallowing time also giving pain.

I got nose bleed for the first time on February for 2 times.recently I am suffering from stomatch pain before and after eating my food.in may again I got nose bleed for 5 minutes about 3-4 drops.what is the reason.I am working in power plant and I will eat food prepared at my office canteen

When she sneeze she realized something happen in her ear in morning but pain was negligible in morning at night her pain was unbearable. When she steamed she feel bette r but shebagain felt in pain.

I have sinus headache , very rarely it triggers What can I do for that , It mainly triggers in winter or any kind of change in weather.

I cleaned windows in my house a month back. From then, i am suffering from sneezing and running nose in the early morning for half an hour as soon as i wake up. In the day time, i am perfectly fine. I have cetrizine tab for 5 days. I couldnt find any improvement. From today i got nose block as soon as i woke up and there is no running nose. After sometime, it is clear now. Kindly assist

My son facing breathing problem(nasal congestion) at night. In the day time he is normal. At night he was unable breath through nose, and breathing through mouth instead. Please suggest the medication for that. He is facing this issue since 2 weeks.

Hi, My husband is feeling spinning sensation from two months. It was very less before but now it has increased a lot. If he is going out and has to stand still for 5 mins, he feels he will fall down, he feels diziness plus he feels he will puke but he wont puke. Its just a feeling and now its happening continously from 10 days. His Bp is normal plus his haemoglobin is 14.5. And all the other tests are normal. He went to neurologist and he said to do the vitamin D and b12 tests. Vitamin D was normal but b12 was on lower side 229. He is having vitamin capsule but no changes in the health. He is not able to concentrate also because of the head spin issue and he feels that to focus on a particular thing is getting difficult for him.We went to ENT , he said there is no infection in the ear. He has one issue that he cannot sleep properly in the night because he sees lot of dreams and feels his brain is active always and its happening from past six months. Could you please suggest?
