My husband has herpes on the opening of nostrils Last year also he had it. It went away after a week Now also he had herps please suggest something

What Is This Yellow thing in my mouth? I don't eat tobacco Or gutka.!! I don't smoke (I was smoking but now I don't from 5-6 months) I have attached image plz look and let me know.!!

I'm having some symptoms due to over anxiety since 2 months. Here are my symptoms 1. Daily morning one time loose stool (sometimes mucus) 2. Dizziness and feeling mentally week all the time 3. Having frequent stomach burping and something passing from stomach to throat 4. Feeling sore throat in morning while waking up (uluva touching my tongue and mouth feels dry sometimes) 5. Having some bitter taste rarely whenever I eat 6. Not getting proper sleep since lockdown and frequently waking up at night(due to anxiousness) 7. Often checking some symptoms in internet and it's throwing very serious health issues. Note: I don't have any fever, cold or severe headache as of now.

Is 1.2*0.7 swollen posterior cervical lymph nodes be malignant. The nodes are tender to touch and  moveable. It is persistent for 6 months with no change in size and consistency. Blood reports are ok and fnac says reactive lymphadenitis. Should i go for Excisional biopsy at this pandemic time or i can wait for some time. I had also taken a course of antibiotics.

From last 3 days i lost my sense of smell n taste, i dun have any symptom like cold, cough or fever or shortness of breath , nothing... i had sinus issues but my nose is not blocked, may i know what is ths...an allergy or wht...i m terrified..?

Hello from 6 days i am experiencing swollen tonsils. With moderate discomfort. Doctor has prescribed azithromycin 250. Since 2 days I am taking the medicine but the swelling has not subsided. I had swollen lymph nodes of 1.2*0.7cm in posterior neck. Fnac report is reactive. These are my two blood report one is from 27 feb and one is from 21april. Is there anything which i need to worry about. The node is persistent for 6 months
