OSMF III PROGRESSED TO UNHEALING ULCERS ON LIPS ABOVE 6MONTHS ADDED MORE LOWER LIPS AND UPPER LIPS ,FIRST PAINLESS AND NOW PAINFUL. UNDER THE TONGUE ULCERS VERY PAINFUL, FLOOR OF THE MOUTH AGAIN ULCERS, SO INVADED NEARBY TISSUES HEAVY BURNING OF MOUTH HEAVY WATERING OF MOUTH DRYNESS OF MIUTH NECK SIDE SMALL BOIL, IF TOUCHED THEN FELT THAT IN THE SKIN SMALL MUSTARD SEED  LIKE INSIDE SKIN .CHEEKS RED AND WHITE WITH SUNKEN HORIZONTAL BANDS. NO BIIOSY DONE, BEING IN VILLAGE NO COMMUNICATION LOCKDOWN AND SHUTDOWN. PLEASE ADVISE ME ANY MEDICATION TO STOP METASTATIS OF ???
