For sinusitis i'm using montelukast sodium and levocetirizibe hydrochloride tablet.. can i consume this tablet for daily basis?

Yes, but it will only manage the allergic response component. The sinus inflammation must be treated too.

It is helpful if u have allergic rhinosinusitis. Otherwise get evaluated for the cause of sinusitis if it is recurrent. Don't take over the counter medications for long time without Doctors advice.
