Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

It's been a while since I'm facing dry throat problem. What should I do to overcome it and what are the possible causes for this?

I had swollen lymph nodes in posterior triangle of neck for 6 months. The fnac report says features of reactive lymphadenitis. These are report of my ultrasound. By seeing the report can u tell me whether it is malignant or not. The nodes are painful to touch.

I have this weird throat pain which keeps on coming and going and sometimes I feel like a scratchy throat it is happening since a month is it cause of thyroid?

Hi I mistakenly drop clotrimazole lotion in my eyes. I bought this for my fungal infection in head. Would there be any problem in my eyes. I was facing some reddish eye issue for few days and I was using ciplox drop for eyes for that treatment. But today I mistakenly drop clotrimazole in my eyes. I don't have any issue right now. Also I have washed my eyes 2-3 times after that. Please tell me if there is going to be any problem with my eyes.

When I am wake up the neck is feel heavy and feels like spinning. What can I do for resolve this problem.
