Slight swelling left side of neck

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have very very slight swelling towards the left side of neck . My jaw and neck hurt when I press . Kindly let me know what can be done . The swelling is very light and no lump and no increase in swelling . The swelling is since 3-4 weeks . I have attached the photo also . I Also whenever I sleep in evening after getting up I experience headache and heaviness . Kindly suggest
