Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I've nasal congestion and difficulty in breathing. It has been there for over a month or two now. I've recently consulted a doctor, he said it's Rhinosinusitis with GERD and was asked to get serum IgE test done...the IgE level is 19.15. What does it mean. I'm currently prescribed Histafree tablets, Zedex syrup, Ranidom-O, mucolyte tablets and Amawys nasal spray with steam inhalation. I'm taking these medicines from last night and I'm feeling lazy and sleepy since then. Kindly suggest the needful.

I have severe stress and pelpitation ,little high blood pressure for some time  from few day ..heart test came to be normal Now I am suffering from tinitus It can be due to anxiety and high blood pressure

Can tension and anxiety cause sore throat,dry tongue.at both sides i have reddishness inside the throat.even i am taking medication  from en doctor,it is not cured since 30 days.

I have consulted 2-3 doctors regarding my ruptured ear drum . And they all have suggested for tympanoplasty surgery . I have few questions 1)For how long the packing and bandages should be kept after surgery . 2) Is there any incision will be made outside ear and will it be visible 3) how much will it cost in Hyderabad or Delhi I can go to any city .

These is report of my swollen lymph nodes which is persistent for six months. The node is moveable and painfull tp touch. Can it be metastatic or lymphoma

In day time my one side of nose is blocked and in night both sides. Sometimes I sneeze and there is running nose.

I have something stuck in throat with feeling of fullness! I think so I have tonsils, they are like coming and going! I don't know what it is but want accurate treatment

It's been 4 days I've lost my sense of smell and taste, fever rarely comes between 99-100. Seems I have cold in the upper part of my nose. Body feels fatigued at times. Please suggest some remedy.

I am suffering from dry throat and tongue...i am facing this issue from last night .. salavia in my mouth is also very less..is it a serious issue..

I have red scratchy throat along with redness inside my nose from past 10 months i took every kind of antibiotic antihistamine i have red kind of bubbles at the back of my throat also sometimes when i take a deep breath then i have wierd chemically smell throughout the day
