Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have throat pain since 3 months,taken 4 course of treatment of antibiotics, antacids and allergies medicine ,not recovered completely ,did neck sonography of neck and blood test , found enlarged lymph nodes and lymphocytes 44 %, also b12 level 90 pcg/ml, Now feel neck pain , pain in tonsil, as well lumps and lumps and knots like seen in back of throat also skin rashes.

My nose is blocked for few days and i am feeling pressure on my nose . Specially my left side of the nose . Please suggest me some medicine or precautions

I have mild throat pain sometimes while swallowing, tightness in throat from last 3 months .As per doctor advice I used medication (antibiotics) but no improvement and recently I visited hospital ( ENT),he checked  video laryngoscope is normal and ultrasound neck normal also gave antibiotics.but still I am feeling same symptoms.also I am taking reol dsr (GERD) as per doctor advice ...Plz help me to get rid out of this🙏.. Is there anything to do in home for cleaning ears by removing wax although I clean through earbuds it won't be fully clean

From last night I have pain in my right side of the throat and some wax in right side ear too. One day i shouted on my kids from that day my voice got cracked (gala baith gaya). Because I have some blockage in my nose so I usually have a cough problem . I had a test 3years back, in that doc has told me that there is a foreign body inside my nose but I didn't face any problem with that. So what should I do for my pain in throat.

My throat is not paining exactly but something on the left pains while swallowing and due to which my left ear also pains a bit. Could you please explain this and suggest some home remedy or medicine?

I had swollen lymph nodes in posterior neck due to thorn. It is there for six months. How to reduce it?

Dr. I have some unusual sound on my ear, like if i hear something loud or high sound, i feel some trimmer sound is running on for few seconds also it is only one right ear and dizziness

I have a lump under my chin and towards the side of throat. It's a hard lump size of a marble, not moving and feels calcified. I've attached a photo. Can someone please help me.
