Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Dear sir/madam, I had been taking cinnarazine 25mg twice a day as recommended by my local doctor for the past 10 days. The following are my symptoms at the moment: 1) I feel dizzy whenever I stand up or lie down as well when bending up or down. 2) I am having phlegm (transparent/white) for the past two months 3) I am feeling slight numbness (not painful) on side of head for 1 or 2 minutes after getting up in the morning. 4) I am having discomfort in left ear for short span of 30sec to 1minute everyday. I had been extensively using high bass headphones for about 3-5 days since lockdown began. Should I continue taking the medicine or stop it? Thank you in advance.

Dear sir what is the best tablet for tonsil oy one side came that to left side of throat .. it might be sorr throat or ehat I don't know am feeling pain while any liquid or food eats.. Can I use combiflam or nise tablet..or pls advice any other thanks

Is this fnac report sufficient or do i need to go for excisional biopsy. The node is present for 5 months and it is moveable.

I had swollen cervical lymph nodes for 5 months. It was palpable but now its not. Ultrasound done and doctor said it is oval so no need to worry. Will i go with his words?

I have problem in my left submandibular gland since 2 years. Dear sir Attached picture the same finger side pain is coming I dont have any fever cold cough just since 2 days am getting pain in shown side of pic internal throat .. I hope this is not tonsils and I know about tonsils .. I am having ear wax in both of my ears. Any drops which will help to clean. I dont have any pain but want to remove the ear wax.

Is this cancerous lymph nodes or reactive lymph nodes. These nodes are Persistent for six months. Fnac says non specific reactive lymphadenitis. These nodes are painless and moveable.

सामान्य चिकित्सा सर मेरे गले में लगभग 20 दिनों से यह एहसास हो रहा है कि कुछ अटक गया है, कभी कभी दर्द भी होता है, मैं कन्फर्म नहीं हू पर यह दायीं तरफ होता है. बुखार नहीं है, सर दर्द भी नहीं है, कभी कभी हल्का सा कान दर्द होता है. थोरी सी थकावट महसूस होती है. कृपया सलाह दे, मुझे क्या हुआ है और क्या करना चाहिए.

I have swollen lymph nodes of 1.2*0.7cm in side of neck for 6 months. It is moveable and bit painfull. It has not increased in size. Other symtoms were nosebleed, nasal congestion, constant transparent phlegm and post nasal drip which has resolved now.But lymph nodes is still there. What can be possible diagnosis. Can it be cancer??
