Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

For Simple upper respiratory tract infection .. is it common to loose sense of smell? My smelling sense is off and on throughout the day and sometimes very mild .. i waa previously consulting for symptoms for coronavirus but dont hv fever, sore throat or cough so one doc said its upper respiratory tract infection . Please advise

Her nose is dry, nose blockage ,she is not able to breathe, she had cold from 2-3 months ,but from 2 days her nose started drying up. Now she is not to breathe properly ,

8 months back I was tested with thyroid ,and got negative (hv no thyroid). But from 2 days I m feeling like I hv thyroid. Day before yesterday I hv felt some discomfort in front f my neck,but yesterday i observed some swelling but I didn't feel any discomfort. And today also swelling is there, sometimes i feel some heavyness in My neck. sir i m fearing that is this thyroid..? My age is 24, Does thyroid pblm come in this age..?

I had swollen lymph nodes(1.2*0.7cm)in Posterior triangle of neck. Tried antibiotics but no effect.While doing fnac as soon as needle was inserted blood came out and nodes shrinked completely. The doctor said it is reactive. But after some days it again came back to its swollen state. Fnac says reactive. What is it?

Just by looking at the pic of node can u tell me what is the reason for that. Fnac report only says no atypical cells seen and non specific reactive lymphadenitis. It is persistent for 6 months.

I had swollen lymph nodes of 1.2*0.7cm in posterior triangle of neck. Doctor said to do fnac. When surgeon was doing fnac, as soon as needle was entered, blood comes out and swollen lymph node was completely shrinked that it was not even palpable. Ultrasound showed that it is now 0.4*0.5cm.Is it normal that it happens in fnac. Doctor first told me that it is not lymph node and then said that even if it is a lymph node it is reactive. What is it actually? What can i expect in my report?

It has been continuing beep sound in my left ear for many years with aching the left side of my face, sometime it terrible to bear the aching with the continuous beep sound. I have already been taking many antibiotics and it's substitute medicines like aceclo plus, ornidazole tablets, cefixime tablets, sinarest vaporub etc. When i take medicine, the aching feels the less, but the recovering is not clear and complete. Please

I had been suffering with mucus sensation in the throat for the past two weeks..How to cure it & recommend medicines

Respected Doctor, Recurrent  growth in Rt. Vocal cord and antecommissure (same place) is taking place in an interval of 3 months and in total 4 occurrences are noted. Hoarseness of voice is also present. Repeated MLS with biopsy done and as per IHC report of Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai it is myofibroblastic proliferation and malignancy not established. May i request you to pls. advise on what should be the best line of treatment  to prevent this recurrence and restoration/improvements of voice. Extremely worried. Regards
