Obstructive Sleep Apnea
I am a 29 year old male suffering from Moderate Asthma and Allergic Rhinitis. I am taking Seroflo 250/25 and momeflo nasal spray twice daily. Recently, I have undergone a sleep test and I have been diagnosed with moderate Obstructive Sleep Apnea and my AHI was 15.7. Should I go for CPAP or BiPAP since I have read online that BiPAP is more preferable for Asthamatics? Could you kindly advice?

Care AI Shimmer
AHI 15.7 and asthma not related to each other. Treatment options are different. CPAP / BiPAP is good for OSA management for life long. But as you are young person I can suggest the surgical intervention is best.
