both ENT and pulmonogist will manage sleep apnoea. but management depends on the type of treatment you want..medical management of sleep apnoea can be done by both specialities. obstructive sleep apnoea can be managed with surgery also which is done only by ENT specialists. depending on your need for treatment you have to select specialists. referral can't be done in public forum. kindly use private chat for formal referral
