Sleep apnea with allergy

Asked for Male, 20 Years

From 3 i was not getting proper sleep when i always wake very late from bed in the morning with exhausted and letharic constanly feel sleepy in day very low concentration also i diagonised with allergic rhinits currenty i take duonase spray please help
