I am unable to sleep
My own snoring sound wakes me every 5 minutes.. Am unable to sleep night and even day due to my snoring.. Feel very tired and irritated.. Couldn't concentrate on anything due to lack of sleep.. Pls advise..

You are having snoring and also obstructive sleep apnoea. You are awaking up and sleep is not sufficient, so you feeling tired in morning times.

Do sleep endoscopy to see the exact cause of obstruction polysomnography consider Lateral position sleep CIPAP or BIPAP is necessary

You need to get a sleep study and if possible a drug induced sleep endoscopy to identify the level and degree of obstruction that's causing your snoring. Treatment will b planned accordingly.

Snoring can have multiple causes Sir, like nasal obstruction due to dns, polyp, hypertrophied turbinates, or tonsillar hypertrophy, laxity of pharyngeal muscles, over being overweight. U need to get a thorough consultation to properly diagnose and treat it
