Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi,I am suffering from bad breath..always my tongue is white and there is white lesions on that..because of that always there is bad breath..that keep annoying me,. There is loss of taste means some metallic kind of taste,not sure actually this sulphuric kind or rusted egg type of taste persists. I went through sinus surgery because of this,my sinus is ok,stomach is ok,I went for endoscopy as well..nothing is there but still I have bad breath and white tongue..means I am not getting my taste well.dont know please help me out to get rid of this.

My 2 yrs old child have hoarsness of voice since 7days.I gave her treatment of sore throat and covid test done.Test was negative.And my child didn't't show any symptoms of cough cold n fever.only problem is hoarsness of voice.From day 1 she didn't show any other symptoms.I gave him Azithromycin n LCM by doctor proscription.But it didn't work

My son is sneezing when studying after bowing his Head. I have doubt of sinus problem. Please guide me properly
