Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Actually while picking my nose I got wound inside my nose.. It didn't get healed but again by mistake I touch my nose and it's wounded again ... It's going to be almost a month or two, although I'm not picking my nose anymore its become very sensitive and is not completely healing causing discomfort, pain and sometimes headache too.. Please suggest some medicine or solution

Does we have only surgical way to treat Bilateral concha bullosa I have done a CT and I got Bilateral concha bullosa (right >left ) doctors suggest me the surgery , So please let me know is there any other way to treat this Thanks a lot

I have a GERD. Then now its ok but i feel in my neck Like a scratchy throat and burning sensation. Before few weeks its heartburn & dry cough symptoms are there but now iam ok. But Now NO cough & heartburn is there. But i feel a scratchy throat and discomfort in my throat. Iam Non- smoker, Non - Alcoholic, Non tobacco person.

My son (3yr old) is facing stammering issue (repeating the first letter of the word 4-5 times while speaking) sometimes but not regularly. He was speaking very good till February and then this problem started. After 15-20 days this will become normal. Right side of my ear is blocked and i am advised to put Waxonil ear drops but when I try to put the drops in my ear the drops doesn't go inside because it's blocked. How much time do I have to stay lying on the same side so that the drops go inside my ear? Can I turn other side after the drops go inside my ear?
