Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Here is my neck swelling biopsy report. In internet, i have read that pilomatricoma can be cancerous in rare cases. Will i be sure this is not cancerous after biopsy report.

Pain in my ear. It seemed as if it was blocked but let me hear it. Even if you just say something, i dont know whats going on .. plzz suggest me what i do..

As per my local doctor i am diagnosed with allergic rhinitis(ige level 166 , limit is 0-114), I tried medications but nothing affected me but made situation worse.. how taking homeopathy helped me to relax a bit but still this problem increases anytime and causing me anxiety and sleep deprived ..please suggest how to proceed. I am having severe ear pain on the right side. The ear is blocked and during hiccups the ear aches. I am at a great discomfort. I had keterol dt as a painkiller. But as soon as it wears off the pain starts again
