Small whitish in tongue

Can any one help me how I can get the whitish thing remove from tongue at the side little bit , I have shown to doctor that there is no issue however any body help me how to get this removed ..attached pic

The picture is not clear . However if you aren't tobacco chewer or smoker and if it's not causing any problem, U might just observe as of now or show once to an ENT surgeon nearby.
