Cough and phlegm on exposure to cold air. A slight cold air triggers cough and phlegm. A slight cold air also makes the body cool. Can anyone tell what is the problem? Blood report: All blood tests are normal except ESR. ESR - 52 Temperature - 96.5 no fever, no running nose, no sneezing.
