Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi, Can someone please suggest a nebuliser medicine for my mother, she is having cough and cold with severe phlegm.

I have severe ear pain .. which is swollen also. Had been to ENT specialist.. have prescribed me to take ear drops Otodax CL and otodac dx. And dolowin forte for pain relief. But the pain has increased and ear is blocked. Last night it was unbearable pain. Could you plz suggest what I can do to relive from this pain.

There is no dirt anything in the nostril but still I feel difficulty in breathing. I feel as some muscle has increased. Please tell me what's the problem and respective solution

I am having a very small hard bump on upper hard palate left side near to alveolar ridge ...Regarding this I went to dentist and he told me this is salivary gland...not visible through naked eye but I can feel it with my tongue always and wanted to get rid of this...Please help No pain ......
