Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Doctor, I'm phasing an problem in my left year , from last night actually i used Hydrogen peroxide in my ear, that goes inside and from that to now I'm phasing a problem with my ear like deafness and some kind of heavyness , today morning i see inside of my left ear the some kind of a ear wax type material are present in ear , i use ear drops that doesn't help me what can i do🙄 please help.!!!

Mouth smell, snoring and sound while inhalation. He has smelly mouth, and snors alot also I can hear his breath while inhalation

Frequently getting ulcers in mouth which does not stay longer than 24 hours. Also feel a lot of pain nearby cheek , jaw and ears. She feel like these areas get swelled.

Hello Doctor, I have undergone an endoscopic surgery for nasal polyps removal. After surgery, my throat is so hurt that I can't eat and swallow even water without pain. Does this happen in polyp removal surgery ?

My friend has a b12 deficiency and he has taken more than 7 to 8 weekly neurobion injection but he missed 1 after this and got ulcer in mouth. Is there a permanent solution to this or he has to take the injection weekly for rest of life.

I have diagnosed 6 months ago for Left DNS, MY nose every evening get blocked for 3-4 hrs daily in evening only and some disturbance and untolerable feeling in nose. please guide me that why it is happening in evening only.
