Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm experiencing too much cold and sneezes since 30-45 days. Even after having sufficient sleep my eyes pain sometimes after waking up due to sinuses. Approx. 20 days ago i had much worse condition with pain in upper teeth and eyes as a result of stuffed/swollen nasal sinuses. I keep blowing my nose every now and then.

After eating dosas or so, my throat gives irritation. No pain, just irritates whole swallowing. This gets fine the next day after a relaxing sound sleep. Why is this weird thing happening?

Person having eosinophillia all test done reports are normal , medication also done still have sore throat. What to do then ?

Whenever temperature changes and I drink something cold. My throat itches. I always make sound from throat to clear it but it remain itchy for around 2 weeks. Hot water, ginger and clove relaxes it.

I have taken this test today morning. Since because of irregular periods. What is the report actually show T3 - 101.8 T4 - 8.4 Tsh- 3.95 Taken in morning (without food)

Hi i am suffering from breathlessness and dry throat and post nasal dip doctor suggest me to do ct scan Report is: 1) Mild mucous thickening in right frontal sinus and right fronto-ethmoid recess. 2) mildly deviated nasal septum to left with prominent left-sided septal spur abutting the left inferior turbinate. They suggest me septoplasty any other option is their without surgery?

Swelling around right upper and lower wisdom teeth. Little Itching in throat. Slight swelling and little stiffness on right side of neck. Since 2 days. Please suggest medication / home remedy.
