Dry Cough Continuously with pain

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi, I have Dry Cough Continuously from last 5 days, I have taken medicine and syrups but they are not working. From Today onwards whenever I cough it stretches my whole stomach and chest. My CBC report is attached. Please help me
