Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having pain in my left ear,i m sure that no water or anything has gone inside,but 2 days back i got pain in both sides of my throat and was having cold(cured now).But suddenly from yesterday its paining in left ear. I am adding a photo also, pl tell how to cure it. Thanx🙏

I was use ear bird into my left ear after i m not lestning from my left ear . Kindly suggest me medicine and ear drops

Hello Sir age 30 having fasting since 3 days before that also since 5 days am having throat pain only maximum left side of throat little redness dot is der and feeling feverish sometime sudden 100.3 to 99.2 Now temperature is 98.5 but pain is till pls advice any treatment. Need any tablet pls I can't connect online I just taking combiflam and iburofen but no use and doing steam with zindatilsmath and zadubalm . Never went any function or anywhere I work at custumer service office from 11am to 6pm .. handle queries of custumer per day 10 custumers We have 10 employees in our office

I have jhanjanaahat type sensation from outside of nose to head from last 1 week and also heaviness. What can be the reason and how it can be cured??

I have a throat pain in only one side of my nech next to voice box and when I press it, it hurts very much. I have no problem in swallowing food or water. It's a pulsating pain and sometimes my ear hurts too. I have this pain since last night and it only increased since I woke up from sleep.

Sometimes small food particles get stuck in my neck. Sometimes they come out on gargling but I feel that something is stuck in my throat. Having headache , some kind of vibration sound I feel in my ears ,slight pain in ears sometimes . pain in the front side of head and  back at the end of our head ie continueation to our ear side, above neck part .I'm having sight (1.75 approx ). having pcod and pid also.. Unable to concentrate on my studies due to headache.im in 11th grade right now. So plz help me out ..I want to study but I'm unable to sit. Is the headache due to tension or sight change or is it something else ...hope so u would understand ..
