Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sneezing and running nose in morning as soon as i wakeup also when there is sudden temperature change

I have ear pain and swelled out and not able to open mouth ,,,,, and had operation 25 years before and same ear is paining since 1 weak

I snore very loud .My mouth got open most of the times during snoring. I don't know what to do. It happens in all seasons.i don't know what is the cause for this..

Sir I am suffering since 1 year.my symtomps like ear pressure , upper teeth pain,during cold it severly affect like head pain. I saw a dr in govt hospital and he take some antibiotics and other nasal steroids but my symtomps doesn't gone.l also saw a homeopathy dr in our local area he told me that sinusitis.As our family condition very poor I don't afford to recommend private dr for my treatment to better diagnosis what is it. I dont know when this happen but i see this white thing on my left side of tongue and this thing present on my tongue from past 3-4 weeks now its also start happening on my right side of tongue i also feel that my tongue is swollen. What is this is it something serious i am scared about it.
